Goffs UK Managing Director Tony Williams commented:

“2018 is shaping up as a big year for the Premier Sale following three record years of sustained growth and outstanding results. On the track, Laurens has been a brilliant advertisement for the quality of horse this sale is producing and she perfectly encapsulates what the sale is renowned for, top class early running 2YOs, and also what the sale is evolving to produce, Classic winning 3YOs.

“The results in the ring have also been exceptional following what have been excellent catalogues and we are delighted to say, once again, that this year will offer the finest Premier catalogue in the sale’s history. We have been extremely well supported by our consignors who have sent us some wonderful yearlings and the comments from our inspection team are that the quality is first-class.

“The sale’s profile is growing with demand from the domestic market increasing every year and its presence on the international stage is also developing with more and more overseas buyers targeting the sale. We are once again promoting this sale globally and we look forward to welcoming an international audience to Doncaster for the Premier Sale later this month.”

The Goffs UK Silver Yearling Sale will be held the day following the Premier Yearling Sale on 30 August and will offer 174 yearlings.
