Aintree Sale to Offer Vintage 2019 Catalogue With 13 Additional Entries Accepted

The Goffs UK Aintree Sale will offer a vintage 2019 catalogue of 29 entries with an outstanding weekend of racing and pointing seeing an additional 13 top-level entries added to the sale. 

The Aintree Sale has produced three Gr.1 winners from just three boutique sales; Grand National Festival Gr.1 winner BLACK OP and Cheltenham Festival Gr.1 winners SAMCRO and TOPOFTHEGAME. Other headline graduates this season include Gr.2 winners COOLANLY and LISNAGAR OSCAR and the unbeaten and untapped talents Malone Road and Champagne Platinum. The 13 additional entries are:

  • Lot 4, Vandemere (4yo G by Jeremy), the seven-length winner of his most recent P2P for Donnchadh Doyle at Portrush. 
  • 5, It Sure Is (4yo G by Shirocco), winner of his debut P2P for Colin Bowe at Ballynoe. 
  • 6, Pens Man (4yo G by Sholokhov), winner of his debut P2P for Sam Curling at Lisronagh. 
  • 15, Grandads Cottage (4yo G by Shantou), the six-length winner of his debut P2P for Donnchadh Doyle at Portrush. 
  • 16, Blackhillsofdakota (4yo C by Galileo), winner of a Listed Bumper on his second and most recent start for John Halley at Limerick. He is a half-brother to the Gr.1 winner BYRAMA.
  • 17, Cill Anna (4yo F by Imperial Monarch), winner of her debut P2P for Colin Bowe at Monksgrange. 
  • 23, Face The Odds (4yo G by Presenting), placed third to Pens Man on his debut P2P for Denis Murphy at Lisronagh. 
  • 24, Royal Crown (4yo G by Creachadoir), placed second to Pens Man on his debut P2P for Colin Bowe at Lisronagh. 
  • 25, Kilbrook (4yo G by Watar), placed second behind Grandads Cottage on his debut P2P for Peter Flood at Portrush. 
  • 26, On The Bandwagon (4yo G by Oscar), placed on his debut P2P for Denis Murphy at Monksgrange.
  • 27, Who’s The Boss (4yo F by Oscar), placed a head second to Cill Anna on her debut P2P for James Doyle at Monksgrange. She is a half-sister to the Gr.1 winner TREACLE.
  • 28, Glynn (5yo G by Winged Love), winner of his debut P2P for Stuart Crawford at Portrush. 
  • 29, Resurrected Duke (5yo G by Westerner), placed third on his Bumper debut for Tom Taaffe at Fairyhouse. 

The Goffs UK Aintree Sale will be held this Thursday 4 April at Aintree Racecourse at 5.45pm after racing in the winners enclosure.
