High Class Catalogue Now Online For Goffs London Sale

Goffs is delighted to reveal a high-class catalogue of 11 Lots for this year’s virtual Goffs London Sale which takes place next Monday 14 June, the eve of Royal Ascot.

Entries from Ireland, England and France are among the select catalogue, including winning two-year-olds, Stakes winning three-year-olds and other horses that have won over a variety of distances in 2021.  The majority of Lots offered will hold entries at the Royal Meeting, all of which will be confirmed in the coming days.  A limited number of appropriate wild card entries will also be considered until the end of the week.

The Goffs London Sale entries are:
Lot 1:  Carlburg Stables (Roger Varian)
BEAU JARDINE (3yo b c by Make Believe ex Akira (Acclamation))
By the sire of Mishriff, Beau Jardine has two wins and a second from his three starts to date, with both runs this year over 1 mile.
Lot 2:  Commonstown Racing (Jessica Harrington)
ALBION SQUARE (2yo b c by Acclamation ex Aristocratic (Exceed And Excel))
This son of Acclamation and a winning Exceed And Excel mare was a comfortable winner on 30th May of a 5 furlong Navan Maiden.
Lot 3:  Kremlin Cottage (Hugo Palmer)
MILITARY MISSION (3yo gr g by Mastercraftsman ex Atlantic Isle (Tamayuz))
A fast-finishing runner up at Chester last time, following success over 1m 2f at Salisbury suggest that this son of Mastercraftsman could make the winners enclosure in a variety of jurisdictions.
Lot 4:  Bellwood Cottage Stables (John Quinn)
TIPPERARY SUNSET (2yo b c Ardad ex Cherubic (Dark Angel))     
Winner of both his starts, this son of Ardad was really impressive when winning the Brian Yeardley at Beverley and hails from the same yard that produced The Wow Signal to win at Royal Ascot.
Lot 5:  Kimpton Down Stables (Ralph Beckett)
ZINC WHITE (3yo gr g Vadamos ex Chinese White (Dalakhani))
Winner of both his starts at 3, this progressive son of Vadamos should appeal under both codes.
Lot 6:  Carriganog Racing (Joseph O'Brien)
SO I TOLD YOU (4yo b f by Gleneagles ex Nocturne (Rock of Gibraltar))
Winner of both her starts in 2021 over 10½ furlongs, this daughter of Gleneagles has found her stride and looks to be a contender for some interesting prizes this summer.
Lot 7:  Ecurie Christophe Ferland
PERSEVERANTS (3yo b c by Zoffany ex Perle Rare (Distorted Humour))
Listed winner on good ground over 1 mile on his last start in Toulouse, this lightly raced son of Zoffany is from the family of champion Peintre Celebre.
Lot 8:  Spigot Lodge Stables (Karl Burke)
SIGNIFICANTLY (3yo b c by Garswood ex Rosebride (Mayson))
In the frame on nine of his 11 starts, all over five and six furlongs, this sprinter looks to still be on the upgrade.
Lot 9:  Carriganog Racing (Joseph O'Brien)
VISUALISATION (3yo bb c by No Nay Never ex Roselita (Sadler’s Wells)) 
Winner twice and a runner-up on his three starts in 2021, all over 1 mile, this son of No Nay Never continues to improve.
Lt 10:  Musley Bank Stables (Richard Fahey)
HONG KONG HARRY (4yo ch g by Es Que Love ex Vital Body (Gold Away))             
Eye-catching winner of both his starts this year over 7 furlongs, he is described by the Racing Post as “a fine prospect”.
Lot 11:  Carriganog Racing (Joseph O'Brien)
ANDREAS VESALIUS (2yo gr c by Caravaggio ex Vitello (Raven’s Pass))
This son of Caravaggio had subsequent Tipperary winner Twilight Jet 4¾ lengths behind him in third when making all to win over 5 furlongs on 16 May at Naas.

Goffs has introduced a bloodstock agent or licenced trainer commission of 5% subject to Conditions of Sale.  The London Sale will take place as a live broadcast on the Goffs website, hosted by Kevin Blake and Nick Nugent, and the selling of the Lots will commence at 1pm.

All Lots will be vetted in advance of the sale with x-rays and video scopes available in the Goffs Repository.  Pedigrees, photos, form, race footage and conformation videos can be viewed for each Lot via the online catalogue.

Online bidding will take place via the GoffsOnline.com platform and prospective purchasers must register to bid by 5pm on Friday 11 June.  Telephone bidding is also available via the Goffs team and those interested should contact Rae Lawless to arrange raelawless@goffs.ie.
