UK P2P ReviewAfter a quiet run for experience in the spring this good-sized, scopey gelding returned to action in a 14-runner, maiden point-to-point at Clifton-on-Dunsmore in Warwickshire last month under multiple British champion Gina Andrews. He won in style, jumping cleanly and scoring by nine lengths with ears pricked, beating a well-regarded Court Cave four-year-old from a yard that does well with young horses – the third horse had been runner-up on his previous outing. A Goffs UK Spring Sale store purchase, he is a son of the Poliglote stallion Irish Wells, and out of a mare who was placed over fences in France. She has also produced the useful cross-country performer Urraca Du Mou, while her half-sister, Altesse Du Mou, was the dam of Gr.3 Racing Post Chase winner Quinz.
