The internationally performing Goffs UK Silver Yearling Sale on 29 August, which will be held at Doncaster the day following the Premier Yearling Sale, is now available to view online with 175 yearlings catalogued. 

The Silver Sale has enjoyed success around the world this season with graduates headed by THE MACKEM BULLET who won the Gr.2 Appalachian Stakes at Keeneland for trainer Wesley Ward and owner Katsumi Yoshida. She is one of two American Stakes winners for the sale this season thus far with SIMPLY BREATHLESS successful in the Gr.3 Wilshire Stakes at Santa Anita.

Group success has also been registered in Hong Kong with FLYING THUNDER winning the Gr.3 Premier Cup at Sha Tin and in Ireland with URBAN BEAT taking the Listed Woodlands Stakes. Some of the highlights of the 2019 Silver Sale catalogue are:

  • Lot 472, an Adaay colt out of the Listed winner and Gr.3 placed mare ONLYYOUKNOWME.
  • 473, a Dandy Man colt out of the Gr.3 winner PERCOLATOR.
  • 484, a Night Of Thunder half-brother to the Listed winner and Gr.2 placed GREEN ROCK.
  • 490, a Bobby’s Kitten half-brother to the Gr.2 winner AUTOMATED.
  • 497, a Bated Breath filly out of the Gr.2 placed Sans Reward and from the family of the Champion filly and multiple Gr.1 winner ISLINGTON.
  • 518, a The Last Lion half-brother to the Listed winner LLAREGYB.
  • 546, a Markaz half-brother to the Gr.3 winner QUESTIONING.
  • 567, a Garswood half-brother to the Gr.3 placed and £300,000 Goffs UK Premier Yearling Stakes winner Red Balloons.
  • 593, a Fountain Of Youth filly out of the Gr.3 winning mare GOLDEN NUN.
